This category has a range of large format, super premium wines that may be of interest to wine collectors and also wine consumers seeking a wine gift with a point of difference. As a general rule, large format super premium wines will cellar for a longer period of time than wines in the standard 750ml bottle, assuming, of course, that cellaring conditions are not adverse. Some wines of interest include the 3L Moet & Chandon N/V and 6L Veuve Clicquot N/V.

This category has in excess of 1000 wines including current releases and an extensive range of back vintages reds from our vintage cellar. All wines listed have been purchased from suppliers at the time of release and cellared in our underground cellar. It is Leura Cellars policy not to buy wines from the secondary market as we cannot guarantee that such wines have been cellared correctly. Examples include Penfolds Grange from 1965-2000 and numerous vintages of Penfolds Bin 707, St. Henri and super premiums from most of the major suppliers.

Highlights include verticals of McWilliams Elizabeth, Petaluma Riesling, Leo Buring Riesling, Penfolds Yattarna and Tyrrells Vat 47. This category comprises vintage and non-vintage Champagne, Sparkling Wines from Australia and New Zealand and a range of premium Australian Sparkling Reds. Some stand outs include Vueve Cliquot La Grande Dame 1996, Bollinger Grand Annee 1990, Croser, Yalumba 'D' 1997, Peter Rumball Sparkling Shiraz and the highly awarded Seppelt Show Sparkling Shiraz 1990.

This category features an extensive range of De Bortoli Noble One with vintages ranging from 1998 to 1983. Other highlights include an extensive range of Brown Brothers Noble Riesling, McWilliams Mt.Pleasant Sauternes and Yalumba Botrytis Semillon, Viognier and Riesling from the 1998 vintage.
